Questions

How does the free trial work?: Every new account gets 14 days with Growth limits. No card is needed to start. If you choose a plan during the trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.
What about WhatsApp's own charges?: Meta charges separately for template messages (marketing, utility, authentication) under its own pricing, billed to your WhatsApp Business Account. Replies to customers inside the 24-hour window are free from Meta.
What counts as an AI reply?: Each customer message the AI answers or hands to your team. Messages your team types are not counted.
What happens if I reach a limit?: The AI hands new chats to your team, and broadcasts over the limit wait for the next month or an upgrade. Your inbox, automations and order updates keep working. Limits reset on the 1st.
Can I change or cancel?: Yes. A plan change applies from your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.
Is GST extra?: Prices are plus 18% GST. For a GST invoice with your GSTIN, write to us with your GSTIN and the payment id.
