Questions
I don't have a website. Can I still sell?
Yes. Chatji gives you a shop page (chatji.ai/shop/your-name) with product photos, sizes, a cart and checkout. Share it in chats, on Instagram or in your ads.
I already use Shopify or WooCommerce.
Connect your store and keep selling there. Chatji sends the order messages, confirms cash-on-delivery orders and tags them in Shopify.
How does online payment work?
Through your own Razorpay or Stripe account, or by UPI straight to your UPI ID (you confirm those). Paid orders are marked paid; unpaid ones wait, get a reminder, and don't count as orders.
Is broadcasting allowed on WhatsApp?
Yes, with approved templates and to people who opted in. Chatji keeps track of consent and opt-outs for you; Meta charges its own fee for marketing messages.
Can my team handle bulk or custom orders?
